We are a husband-and-wife duo committed to serving the Northwest Arkansas community for over 25 years. We have both received the "Heroes of the Heart" award for Walmart and La Zeta radio station in Northwest Arkansas.

Nellie Cordova
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Instructor
Nellie Cordova is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Instructor for our Medical Interpreter Program. She is a nationally certified medical interpreter and instructor. She has worked as a medical interpreter since 1996 and as a medical interpreter instructor since 2003. Nellie qualified as a medical interpreter and instructor through Berkana language at the University of North Carolina UAMS. She was also licensed through the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock in 2005. Furthermore, she has worked with the UAMS Area Health Education Center Northwest, Mercy Health Care Systems UAMS Schmieding Developmental Center, and Arkansas Children's Northwest, where she is currently interpreting. She collaborated as the Multicultural Coordinator at UAMS AHEC, where she became the founder of the UAMS Medical Interpreter Training Program for the Northwestern region of Arkansas in 2003. Frank Cordova
CEO and Founder
Frank Cordova is the Chief Executive Officer of the Spanish Law Enforcement program. He is a former policeman who worked for the Springdale Police Department, the Bethel Heights Police Department, the XNA Police Department, and the Arkansas State Police. He retired after 20 years of service. Frank has instructed defensive driving courses for the Spanish residents of Northwestern Arkansas since 2007; and Spanish 101 for law enforcement for many years.
